No Business ethics!!!!!

Apparently according to [URL Removed] Soccer boots should not be used for soccer and for playing in dirt. These boots should also only last for 5 months.As advised to me by management this is wear and tear and a case, of the item not being used correctly. There own terms and conditions state you have 6 months to return defaulted items. When I wanted to return them as the hole sole had come off and are clearly defaulted as my previous pair lasted over a year playing in the same conditions, I was told that it is customer miss use!!!! They initially didn't even opening the packet to investigate the defaulted item and had already made up there minds.
