No bouquet for warehouse where returns sent

I would actually give Takealot 5 stars because I've never had problems and think it's a 5 star company BUT I NEED TO MENTION THIS RETURN PROBLEM. I suppose may have been my error.. bought 3 Bibles and got a reference for return of 2 (pages atrociously cut). Only later did I discover 3rd Bible also had cutting problems plus paper felt like newsprint, so got return reference for this one Bible. When takealot arrived to collect I asked if I could put the 3 Bibles in one box. He said yes as long as I am clear wrt reference numbers. So I did this ON BOX AND INSIDE BOX. A few days later I received a credit for 2 Bibles but despite MANY emails and MANY phone calls I cannot resolve the 3rd Bible and get a credit.
