No bed...no refund from Takealot

I bought a bed for my son and returned it because the size they delivered was very small. They then approved my return and it's been a tiring long process of asking them when they are going to give me my money back.

I don't have a bed and I still haven't received my money back. I honestly don't understand how they run their business. At this point, it's evident that they are intent on keeping both the bed and my money. It's been months now.

I just want my money back.
