No attempts to deliver missing order items

On 8 December my order was delivered with incorrect and missing items. Takealot was contacted that same day & since then having had conversation via email (because you can't phone) with MULTIPLE consultants, NOTHIING has been actioned to correct my order. The keep on saying that it will be dressed, or escalated, or sent to the warehouse, but to date no one has said what is being done to address this and deliver the correct products. It's as if they have my money and now just don't care that they have taken my money and not delivered what I ordered, which is theft!!!
