No attempt to help

Zero customer service or customer care. I received my order with one item short despite me being charged for it. I only realized a day later and got in touch with them. I was told it was a warehouse issue/ item not in stock issue and I'll have to wait up to five days for delivery or the same about of time for a refund. The customer needs to pay the price for takealots ***** ups. They provide zero care to help solve the problem and do not even follow up . Truly ridiculous. If I didn't spot the error nothing would of been done. Pathetic
