No assistance from takealot when their driver runs off with my order

So after a order is scheduled for deliver on Friday, the driver phones me to tell me that he won't make it on time, I check the following day to see if the package has been rescheduled however it's been marked as delivered. I contacted takealot immediately and 4 days later am still waiting for any meaningful feedback other than the generic, we looking into this.
