No assistance

<p>I have ordered items before on takealot and is happy with the service, but recently I ordered products and one of my items were missing from the delivery. I have sent emails to them and asked them over phone calls where my product is or when I can expect to receive it, but they always just say they will escalate it and come back to me. I have been waiting for over a month now. It really just upsets me as I have paid for the item and it was bought for a specific occasion, but I am still waiting on them to get the product or even any form of update on where it is!!</p>
