No answer

I cant get hold of takealot!!!! The have a n automated answer machine!!! I changed my delivery date and didn't known cant change the adres! I am not working at that company where they going to deliver the order!!! Can you just change it from delivery to pick up??? I will collect it from your Edenvale pick up point??? This is really pathetic to struggle like this!!!!!
