No agility, no customer service or after sales support. Takealot is pathetic.

I had ordered herbal capsules for a family member who is now hospitalized and there is no access to her unit within an estate. Security will not give me the delivery as its addressed to her. I attempted to change the delivery address as the order as per the app has not been shipped.

Takealot refuse to assist and say its in shipping. They are the worst provider and it is not the first time they have disappointed. I cannot wait for Amazon to go live in SA. Once this delivery is delivered to a security guard, my account will be deleted and I will encourage others to use other platforms.

Worst service, takealot lacks agility to support their customer base.
