No After service at all

I purchased a GoPro Hero 9 Black from Takealot not knowing at the time that if I had to have repairs done, I would not be able to get any assistance from Takealot regarding whom I need to take the camera too. They are unwilling to assist you, only want to make the sale and after that it is your problem if there is a issue with the product.

I also have returns I have logged for other items that is incorrect and have not yet received any feedback as to when they will be collecting this and it has been over a week.

They don't have contact numbers so that they don't need to deal with the multitude of complaint regarding lack of service from their side.

I am very unhappy with them for not providing any after service at all.
