No after Sales Service available on Plantronics Backbeat Pro Headset

I bought a Plantronics Backbeat Pro Headset from Takealot. The headset suddenly does not charge anymore and the Ear Pads need replacing. I searched high and low but cannot determine whether it is still under guarantee or how Takealot can assist with repair or replacement. Neither are there any contact numbers or an email address on their website to contact them. It's as if FAQ don't suffice then that is just tough luck as after sales service is concerned. Sorry Takealot that is just not good enough
