No after sales service at all!!

I have bought a Aonijie hydration vest on the 16th of October and wanted to exchange it for a bigger size(I phoned the same day that I received it) The operator said that they do have it in stock and will log a return immediately. Needless to say a week later no one came to fetch the product. When I phoned they realized that he logged a drop off at a pickup point and promise to sort it out. Today I received a mail with a refund saying that this product is not in stock and I must wait another 5-7 day for the vest to go to the warehouse and then they can send it to me. I have ordered it specifically for a race and I’m running my second one this weekend WITHOUT my vest! I am not happy at all!
