No after sales or customer services exists here

The after sales is non existant and even the people that respond do so as if they are robots. I have since been waiting for 3 weeks after they sent someone 3 times to collect a return I had logged in error. In the process they collected the wrong parcel with items not meant to be returned. They however neglected to return those items and I have since been sent from pillar to post, from email, call centre and electronic comms on their app.

Clearly someone decided to help themselves to the items and the customer services just won’t bother getting to the bottom of it. This is after I have sent in excess of 10 emails explaining the same thing over and over again but they seem to be conveniently confused. I think it’s safe to say I will gladly migrate to Amazon when they come next year
