No after care or customer service
I a patio set, once received I started assembling the items and noticed that some items were missing.
After contacting TakeAlot, they were quick to respond, but weren't able to assist me with back and for communication for about two weeks.
After their last email, I have been following up but with no response to my emails for 11days.
I logged a new complaint hoping this would get someone to contact me again, but never received any response from the new complaint logged.

Honestly very disappointed in the level of service from such an entity, it's pathetic.
