No action on a broken phone under warrenty

We have been battling to get a resolution on my son’s phone that is still under warrenty, that WE have had to pay to have fixed; that STILL isn’t fixed since APRIL! Each time you email there is a new person dealing with the case and they don’t seem to know what happened before and your start from square one.

It has been escalated countless times. We even had an email saying that an exception had been made and we were going to get a refund … I’m still waiting.

The device has been to their warehouse 4 times and just gets returned to us without any action or even an email.

This phone is unusable. It is still under warrenty. There is no customer loyalty and customer service.

I can predict what will happen now … “DM us your return number and email address so that we can look into this further”

I did. Again. Yesterday. It was “escalated. For the third time.
