No accountability taken

On January 29th 2022 a delivery driver from takealot knocked into my vehicle and fled the scene. Witnesses identified the bike and clothing marked as fully takealot including his badge worn. Unfortunately they did not realise he would flee and weren't able to get a registration number.

After numerous emails and following procedure, I have heard no response but "your query has been sent and someone will be in contact with you " about 4 times already with no actual feedback or update.

How pathetic can you be to not care about the damages caused by your driver to my vehicle. I am unable to now sell my vehicle (as that was supposed to happen a week after this had happened) as you've damaged my bumper and tyre that I just recently purchased.

I really am disappointed and disgusted by your lack of communication and empathy.
