My sister ordered two adult colouring books for me on 29 February for my birthday and delivery was supposed to be today, 14 March. As per my Wishlist she chose books that were in stock. As of today when she tracked the order, delivery was still scheduled for today, but neither her or I received an sms advising that the goods were on the way. I called Takealot and was advised, they are still awaiting stock on the one book and they should receive it within 5 to 7 working days. Why was the delivery eta not updated as it should have been?
