Hands down the BEST online shopping site. The service levels are second to none. You guys have just nailed the online shopping experience. Your delivery service is brilliant, and I recently tried the collection option... well I was so SUPER impressed with how fantastic your operation works. So user friendly, it makes all the other online shopping sites look like amateurs. Thank you Takealot, for making sure that I received all my Christmas orders on time and for always providing excellent service. Let's be real, in the online business things can go wrong, but Takealot understands this and they make sure that errors are corrected asap.
