NIGHTMARE!!! PAID R21000 GOT NO PHONE

I purchased a Samsung S22 with earbuds. The box arrived from Takealot with the cellohone box, carefully opened.

In the cellphone box, was a honeywell battery. NO PHONE. I im****atley contact Takealot and "a return" was logged.

On my app it shows that I returned an XBOX.... what is going on at Takealot. Can someone please urgently resolve this matter? Either redund my credit card or send me a phone.

I dont see why I am having to constantly follow up. And the details you are capturing are incorrect. I DID NOT RETURN AN XBOX!!!!!
