****** nightmare

Yoh! all i can say is YOH! i absolutely do not recommend buying an appliance from Takealot.com i purchased a washing machine May 24th it got delivered May 28th i tried using it for the first time May 30 and guess what :) IT DOESNT WORK. So, i call takealot.com Saturday May 31st and they referred me to Hisense to come have a lot and repair it if needed, Hisense then comes to my apartment Tuesday June 3rd and the technician confirms i recieved a machine with a dead motherboard after alot of fuss and run around Hisense finally collects the washing machine Friday June 13 and they issue me a credit approval number , and advise me to refer to take alot to recieve a new washing machine . when i tell you ive been taken from pillar to post with these agents and Siphesihle.N leveled and hung up on me while i was talking to her ! This has all been a ****** nightmare
