night mare delivery service

I received an sms yesterday Thursday 21 Oct 2021 around 10:23 that delivery of my card Thursday before 17:00. Yesterday after 16:00 i called Takealot to follow up and i was told that driver's hasn't yet collected my card the i rescheduled delivery for Friday before 12:00 with Neliswa.

Today Neliswa called to confirm that my card will be delivered and i confirmed to her that i a leaving work at 12:00.

I still haven't received my delivery from takealot and consultant not paying attention to details not prioritize request from customer.

Asandiswa told me that my card was delivered at Montana branch and i must go collect from the branch, what is the point of selecting option for delivery .

I then spoke to Brunique who is a team leader and *********** too confirming that i've put incorrect address. Delivery address is NSA 56 Ernest Oppenheimer street , Roslyn. I've then requested to speak to her manager and she told me that it's not possible as she is working from home.
