Next to no customer service

<p>I ordered a UV nail lamp on black friday specials. Receives my order the following Monday 28/11 and it was the completely incorrect product. They sent me a phillips mens wet and dry shaver.... I sent them a email and have still not received a reply. I understand that it is busy season but then they need to double check the orders as now i will probably not receive this my Christmas and this is supposed to be a gift.</p>
