Next day delivery, yeah right, more like next year... maybe!

I only used them as a last resort but I really regret using them for an item I purchased recently.

I purchased a phone 15 days ago, delivery was supposed to be next day but ended up getting the package with 2 random books instead. I had to waste my time to get hold of them to try and sort out their error. Only 7 days later they came to pick up the random books they sent under my name and I'm still waiting with no response to have my original order delivered to me. All I have to say is very poor turnaround time and service delivery, really unacceptable!
