Next day delivery takes 2 weeks

I am furious. Two orders messed up Order #*** Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. On the website it days 3 - 5 days. Now my order says another 11 days for delivery???

Order #*** My most important order. Both items in stock in JHB. I chose next day delivery on check out. This morning I see delivery scheduled only in two weeks!!!

Can someone contact - phonecall- me urgently to sort. Otherwise cancel all orders.

Without anyone calling me and no explanation as to why a next day delivery would take two weeks, sale was cancelled.
