Next day delivery?

Lies. I waited all day at home yesterday for this delivery - *** and specifically paid R75 for next day which was offered when I made the order!!!! The driver never came, never called or even attempted to contact me! I also stay in an Estate where security guards collect the orders! And if the driver can’t call then usually they call me from the gate!!! So I know for a fact that the driver **** and did not even attempt delivery today! My order was marked as out for delivery all day up until 19:00PM where I received “recipient unavailable”! Absolute nonsense! I want my R75 back for this “next day” ******* you advertise and I want it to reflect in my account the same day! I also expect my delivery to be delivered promptly and after this I will not be dealing with Takealot ever again! The same thing happened on my previous order where I paid for next day and was told it will come 2 days later! I never asked for that R75 back but now I definitely want it back because you guys are not serious. This is probably the worst customer service and experience I’ve had with a deliver team.

I will be contacting you via call in the morning as well.
