Next day delivery, item never delivered, no customer service.

Zero customer service! No call center to speak to a person, only generic emails or messages on Facebook.

Ordered a very expensive item for next day delivery, never received it. Takealot refuses to dispatch my parcel because they need to log a return and replacement on their system due to their error, and “unfortunately” cannot honour their sales agreement to me. “Company policy” is their reasoning.

Advice: never order from Takealot if you can’t affird to wait at least 2 weeks for your item. Because if something goes wrong on their side, you’ll be out of pocket and you won’t get anything delivered anytime soon.
