Next day delivery is NOT a next day delivery

Ordered and paid on the 2 September 25 for the next day. Order was shipped on the 2 September 25. It is now 4 days and I did receive the order. The feedback I get is, they can not find my location. I live in the built up area 9 km from their hub my order is at.
