Next day delivery ****
Next day delivery feels ****my sometimes. You pay a little bit extra for next day delivery only sometimes the promise is not met in timely manner. The branch I usually collect from closes at 7pm so after waiting and checking all day the now shows "Ready for collection" after 7pm. Shouldn't there be some kind of cut-off time to still be considered next day collection. Wonder how Amazon opening in SA is going to affect takealot

27 Jul 2023, 11:54To add onto that I stood outside for 20 minutes, no one answered the intercom, no one answered the phone either when I called the branch. After they finally lets us in there was no one at the counter for 10 minutes. Shouldn't there be someone at the counter at all times during operating hours?!
