NEW TV NOT WORKING FROM TAKEALOT

I bord a TELEFUNKEN TV at takealot on the 28 november now the TV is not working it only worked for 13 days i contacted takealot then they are telling me that they can't help me i have to take the TV to TELEFUNKEN so when i asked for TELEFUNKEN contact from them they give wrong numbers what is paining me more is that they didn't mention that the TV is non return please i need help takealot is failing me I've been calling takealot they say the is nothing they can do but i bord the TV from them
