New Phone Appeared to be Second-hand

I order a lot of items from TakeALot, however when I ordered a Blackview cell phone, it appeared to be second hand (Visible damage). They did refund me, however I have not received feedback from Blackview nor TakeALot.

If it was indeed a second hand phone, it should state so on the website and potential buyers should be aware.
