New item price for 2nd hand item

Bought a brand new item. Receive a 2nd hand item, which is incomplete as it was clearly opened by a previous owner. Now to log a return, wait for TAKEALOT to confirm it is incomplete and only once that is done to replace it. A purchase which should have taken a day to complete is now going to take a week. It is quicker to just cancel and go to the shops
