New item broke on first use and no replacement they are returning damaged product.

I have been an excellent customer I’ve taken a lot from about the year 2020. What I have experienced recently with regards to one of their products which I used for the first time and it broke it was a water boiler bucket and now just because I taped it with Waterproof tape because the water was hot I couldn’t pour it out they do not want to replace it. They are actually returning the damaged product. I am so sad that Takelot does not value its customers especially one like me. Thanks a lot for the inconvenience I’m shocked at your unprofessionalism.
