NEW BEATS EARPODS ****** WHEN RETURNED FOR REPLACEMENT CHARGER

I recently purchased a set of Beats earpod as a gift. The charging cable was incorrect so I requested a replacement. When I queried the replacement date, I was told that I didn't include the Beats earpod and case?! I saved for a few months to purchase that gift and now the agents won't even respond to my email to feedback. I won't take this lying down.

I'm disgusted, disappointed and livid about Takealot's service. I will NEVER purchase from them again and have advised everyone I know not to buy from them as well.
