Never use these clowns again.

About a month ago I bought a phone battery from the clown's.i received the battery 3 days later ,just to find out its the wrong battery,so they came to collect the incorrect one took my money and until today I didn't hear a thing from them.i have wrote to the CEO and he don't care either. Who do you complain to and how do I get me money back.
