Never use Takealot. Spend your money elsewhere

Firstly you remove any means for a customer to reach support except via some idiotic online form which means you choose whether you get back or not. BTW no reference number is given. Then you sell me inferior ****, then it takes you a week to arrange for a 'courier' to come and collect it, unannounced. Then this 'courier' has no identification, no reference number and nothing to give me as proof that they have taken a package from me. You seriously expect me to just hand over something without any proof!!!!!! You won't see my business ever again!
