Never Use Takealot!!!!

The service I received was absolutely shocking. I ordered a arm sling, for my daughter who had hurt her arm, on the 21st of August and paid R120 to have same day delivery only to be delivered a Trip Trap Mouse Trap!!!!! I have escalated this and spoken to numerous people and surprise they have no arm slings in stock anymore so my money is to be refunded... But only once the item has been collected!!!! They have informed me this will only be on Monday.... Never did Takealot wait for their money yet I will not be receiving my order and I have to wait for my money!!!! According the Treating Customers Fairly Act, Takealot fail horribly!!!! Disgusting service
