Never trust takealot when something goes wrong you are on your own or blamed for it

When I bought from your store I was waiting for a receipt unfortunately when you advertise your website you don’t say don’t trust us, make sure you take pictures of anything you buy you must take a picture. Which tells me your security system is extremely poor. I buy online all the time, Dis-Chem, clicks, Uber, banking, SHEIN and unwig. I never had these kind of problems. I am available for contact any day anytime. This is a response after I sent pictures of my account the picture of the items. When I was done it went to the second thing I won a 98% discount which was an iPhone 6 series watch not straps I read and made sure and I chose rose gold and paid. Even now the money was deducted from my account but I have not received an order form or how long it would take for the goods to get here.

When I try to reset my password it won’t it just takes me .

This morning they sent an email thanking me for the complaints and infuture to Lisa’s with takealot, which is the one that sent me to mobicred because they handle them where neither one wants to take responsibility. And when I call the number on take a lot I get Same message and mobicred gives you an email an phone that doesn’t go through
