Never trust a company that hides their contact number.

I always worry about a company that hides their contact number on their website, I guess I was right. I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday, yet it hasn't been dispatched yet. This order was meant to be exported to Mozambique, but because of Takealot's delay with no notification of the change, i will have to try and source at the last minute for a new supplier. Don't promise something then don't deliver. When i finally found your number, and called at 7:30 only to get a message to say that you are not open and will only open at 7am. After finally getting hold of an agent (She was good) I have been told that your system will not cancel the order until it has been packed and sent to the branch. It's astounding how bad Takealot's efficiency is. Side note - I have had 4 separate deliveries from the same branch in the same day.
