NEVER TAKEALOT AGAIN!!!!

I purchased an item and collected it on 15 September 2020. I had the item for a day and realized that it is not what i expected. I returned it on 17 September 2020 and when i wanted to log a return on my app it said that i purchased the item on 24 June 2020. After one call takealot accept responsibility and said that it was a mistake on their system. I returned the item one day after i received it and today almost 3 weeks later i am still fighting a losing battle to get my refund. I DO NOT have the item neither do i have my money. Pathetic!!!! I spent hours on the phone daily with different consultants only to hear that they will escalate my enquiry and apologise for their system mistake. The warehouse keep rejecting the refund!!??? I will NEVER buy something from takealot AGAIN. I trusted them but after this horrible nightmare they will never see me again and i would strongly discourage anybody to make use of them. Their system mistakes becomes your problem, and R1900 is not money that i am willing to sacrifice to such a pathetic system!!!
