Never received my return back - STILL

Although takealot has been a company I previously trusted, they have now lost all my trust. After having a problem with my Scan Pan, I spoke to scan pan who said I should log a return through takealot for them to assess the pan (since I had bought it from takealot). However, the pan got lost getting to the warehouse and was eventually found a week later. Takealot then refused to return the pan to scan pan as requested by them, even after sending them all email proofs, etc. They then said they are returning my parcel to me. After speaking to scan pan, they said they will organize to collect it directly from me. This all began at the end of May. Takealot then lost my return and instead delivered a speaker to me incorrectly. To this day (4 July 2024) I have not received my pan back. I phone every single day and get the same response that they will be in contact with me. I never receive feedback and have to phone again every day. After asking now for more than 2 weeks to please speak to a manager, I still have never received a phone call or even an email from them. What do I have to do to get my pan back?
