NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

i am writing this review on behalf of my mother.

my mother ordered what we call holy communion on takealot and we never received the orderwhen you go on the tracking site it says delivered and signed by customer but no one showed up to deliver the order or did any family memeber sign for anything. no one called to tell us they were by the gate but it says order delivered i am so ****ed off with takealot because even when you try call them no one responds you will email them and they dont respond at all i am so ****ed off and i am thinking of taking legalaction against them because what kind of nonsense is this.
