Never Purchase Warranty Appliances from Takealot

Never ever purchase an appliance that comes with a warranty from the manufacturer via Takealot. I've been waiting for over two months for a replacement dishwasher from Defy and Takealot disregard my request for a refund or even store credit. After such shocking service from Defy, why would I accept a new device, it broke after 2 weeks and then has taken months to get a new one, once they had the new one they damaged it on delivery. Takealot keep telling me they are waiting on Defy and ignoring my request to not get a new device but rather get them to fetch their broken device, so Takealot can credit me. This is has a horrible experience and I'm extremely dissatisfied with both Takealot and Defy.
