Never picks up your return

<p>Take a lot has been cancelling 3times in a row without any notice.<br />The mistake is from their side where I ordered a Medium and i received a XXL.</p> <p> I have spend thousands on their website and have never returned anything, and as soon as I return something which is a fault from their side, then nothing happens!</p> <p><br />No one has been in touched with me! No one called on the 3days of expected pick up to say that is not being picked up!</p> <p><br />The on the sixth(day after expected FIRST pick up) I get a call saying that the pick up person says its too far!!! and that I will get a call back. Never received a call again until Yesterday, Sunday Morning.</p> <p>And now they are cancelling my pick up due to them not getting hold of me which is nonsens! I will send through my call log!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>This was the worse service i have ever received from an online platform and i most definelty won't be ordering from them again.</p>
