Never ordering here again

I don’t care how convenient they may be, I’ll never be ordering from them again. This year alone, I’ve spent R13554 at takealot.com, but since November, they’ve seriously dissapointed me. First an order delivery was delayed by a week due to my order being “lost in transit” - if I had known I would’ve waited that long I would’ve just driven to the store and bought it. Now, I ordered gifts for family members on 7 December - 20 days later and my family didn’t get Christmas gifts from me AND this time takealot didn’t even mail me to say there was going to be a delay! They also went ahead and cancelled one of the gifts I ordered. I know it’s the festive season - but this is just pathetic. I’d rather pay more and buy products in store than continue to be at the mercy of takealot’s ************* service.
