Never order big appliances from Take a lot

Never buy an expensive appliance from take a lot - I have spent over R10K on a smeg fridge, the delivery was revolting, dropped off not even assistance to take off packaging. I then with the help of my **** unpacked the fridge and left for 4 hours and then switched it on. The one lighting panel in the fridge has come loose so shakes in the case and the door seal isn't flush as well as scratches near the display. I called take a lot immediately to report and was told the fridge could only be collected days later, by this stage I have sold my previous fridge. The call center staff are useless, just rattling off the same stupid responses, speak to the team leader who says she will try get earlier delivery but again dont hear anything. Then I actually contact the courier myself and they say no problem they will fetch the fridge, but it must be in original packaging - how the hell do you get a fridge in its original packaging ? It needs to be unpacked to be used and its not expected there will be issues, now the courier wont collect and the call center cant help, and manager wont take my calls - lesson learnt, only use a professional furniture or appliance store. This is disgraceful service, I just want my money back. NEVER order big appliances from them trust me. Oh and will take alot refund my grocery bill when all my food and frozen food goes off.
