Never mind the customers, just take the money.

I order. I pay. I receive a delivery date. The delivery date passes. No delivery. That's all. No information. No explanation. No apology, and still no delivery. I check the website, which tells me it hasn't yet been shipped (which I already knew!) but no information as to when it might be shipped. There doesn't seem to be any way of finding out what the problem might be or when (if ever) am I going to receive my goods. I've been left in Limbo with no alternative but to wait and bemoan the total lack of service from Takealot.
