Never honours the next day delivery claim!

Please can you explain this to me? I ordered a monitor for R7399 and ordered before 12 last night to get delivery TODAY. Now I see it's only being delivered on Friday? Then I could have taken the one for R6999 under your Best Price Listing, which would have come on Friday anyway. So I paid R400 extra for what??? I have TakealotMore, which states FREE DELIVERY NEXT DAY OVER R500. This is not on at all. You are always doing this ****. I want a refund for that R400 if you are only delivering on Friday. I have to move the delivery to Saturday then anyway, as I am NOT home on Friday. But I am home TODAY. Which is why I ordered for delivery TODAY!!! So if you don't deliver TODAY, you can credit me the R400 you made me spend for so-called FASTER DELIVERY! So tired of this BULL****! Order no: #*** Cell no. ***
