Never have stock, why on website?

I have been a huge fan of takealot. Recently, over the last few months the supplier delay has been unacceptable. And three orders in a row now itmes were canceled 2 weeks or so after placing it.... Because supplier is out of stock. Firstly how and why are items on your site that is not in stock... Secondly, why does no one phone or send an email when an item is cancelled. This service is not on and you have gone down the drain. You have lost my loyalty.
