Never has stock. Sends the wrong products

I ordered a jewellery box, which arrived broken, I could not exchange it because there was no more stock and they credited my account. I ordered another jewellery box, I waited forever, then finally got an update that said it was out of stock and they credited my account. Then I ordered another jewellery box. But something completely different arrived, it was not what I ordered at all, it is some type of bag.

This place seems to either be out of stock all the time or they send you things that you didn't order or are broken.
