Never ending request for returning a parcel which is already returned :-(

What an exhasting experience!!!! I ordered something on take a lot last week, later on i saw a similar product with an additional piece that i was looking for, I called the call centre and was advised to not take the parcel when it gets delivered, they proceeded to cancel my order, When the parcel was brought to me I DID NOT TAKE IT AS INSTRUCTED, the driver still logged it as delivered, since then its been a never ending string of returns logged and texts informing me that the driver is coming to collect the parcel for return... for goodness sake, THE PARCEL HAS ALREADY BEEN RETURNED BY THE DRIVER ... I have been refunded and now await the correct order that i want ... when are you guys going to stop calling me for the old parcel which is already returned??????
